- The'appellant' sued the appellee on an agreement'under seal and the defendant filed a plea that the agreement was procured by fraud and another alleging duress. The trial, resulted in a verdict in favor of the defendant. The material facts in the case are the following: The appellee leased to the appellant a property known as the Eauquier Sulphur -Springs for the period of two years — beginning on the 1st day of June, 1899, and ending on the 31st day of May, 1901, with the privilege of an additional year on the terms mentioned in the lease.
