Plaintiff brings due process and equal protection claims under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and defamation claims. Previously, this court has dismissed Plaintiffs Eighth Amendment claims against Defendants John Doe and Corrections Officer Klein 1 . This leaves the procedural due process, equal protection, and defamation claims against Sgt. Brown and Warden Wagner to be addressed.
