Brought for declaratory judgments, favorable to plaintiffs’ contention,1 as to the *606meaning and effect of a deed from James B. Guthrie to Sheldon Guthrie, dated December 28, 1897,2 the object of the suits was to remove clouds from plaintiffs’ title to a portion of Sec. 12, Tw. 19 So., R. 22 E., Lafourche Parish, and to obtain an accounting for oil taken therefrom. Tried twice with the same result, a judgment for defendants, plaintiffs have twice appealed.
