Timber Line, Ltd. (“Timber Line”), a company which had been engaged in the shipping business, filed its Chapter 7 petition on January 27, 1981. The schedules accompanying the petition list unsecured claims totalling $1,149,443.06. Assets are stated to be $398,559.13, consisting principally of freight receivables.
