This is an appeal from an order of the bankruptcy court in which the court found, among other things, that: (1) the subject foreclosure sale did not constitute a voidable preference within the meaning of 11 U.S.C. § 547(b); (2) the foreclosure sale was not for less than reasonably equivalent value and thus did not constitute a fraudulent transfer pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 548(a)(2); (3) no surplus proceeds resulted from the foreclosure sale; and (4) defendant did not chill the bidding at the foreclosure sale.
