MEMORANDUM ORDER
BIUNNO, District Judge.
Keno has handed the Clerk a verified pro se complaint and an affidavit of indigency to allow her to file under 28 U.S.C. § 1915. *588The complaint, as well as the instructions to the Marshal for service, name the defendant as “John Doe, c/o Nicholas Caputo, County Clerk”.
