RODGERS, Senior Judge.

Shirley Pritchett (Claimant) petitions for review of an order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) that affirmed (with a date modification) the decision of the Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ) granting Justice Juanita Kidd Stout’s1 (Employer) petition for termination of benefits. We affirm. In addition, we deny respondent’s request for counsel fees and costs pursuant to Pa. R.A.P. 2744.2
