B & T Trucking (B & T) appeals the February 25, 2002 order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) that reversed the decision of the Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ) denying benefits to David J. Pauli (Claimant).

On October 2, 1998, Claimant sustained injuries to his left shoulder, arm and hand while performing work duties as a truck driver for B & T. He filed a Claim Petition on March 29, 1999, seeking workers’ compensation benefits for a closed period of disability from October 6 through November 22, 1998.
