Plaintiff Lydia Figueroa, as parent and next friend of her minor daughter Yaritza Ramos, commenced this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §§ 405 and 1383(c)(3), to review the final determination of the Commissioner of Social Security (the “Commissioner”) denying her application for Supplemental Security Income (“SSI”) disability benefits. Pending before me is the Commissioner’s motion for judgment on the pleadings, pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(c).
