Plaintiffs brought this diversity action to recover damages allegedly caused by Defendant’s negligence. Defendant and Third-Party Plaintiff (Boise) brought a third-party claim against both I.M.C. of Virginia (I.M.C.) and Commercial Union Insurance Company (CUIC).
