ANDERSON, Circuit Judge:

This case comes to us on direct appeal from a criminal conviction, forfeiture, and sentencing. Defendant-appellant John Robert Hasson (“Hasson”) was convicted of conspiracy to commit wire fraud, wire fraud, conspiracy to launder money, and conspiracy to obstruct justice. Hasson was sentenced to 480 months imprisonment, ordered to forfeit several properties, and ordered to pay restitution.
