ZIMMERMAN, Justice:

¶ 1 We granted Janna Griffith’s (“Janna”) petition for a writ of certiorari to review the Utah Court of Appeals’ decision in her case. Janna argues that the court of appeals erred in affirming the trial court’s: (i) grant of rule 11 sanctions; (ii) attorney fees award to her husband, David Griffith (“David”), based on Judge Rokich’s recusal; (iii) assessment of David’s income for purposes of alimony and child support; (iv) alimony award; (v) property distribution; and (vi) decision that each party should be responsible for their remaining attorney fees.
