ORDER

CURRIE, District Judge.

This action arises out of an alleged breach of a contract to supply pecans. A full recitation of the facts is set forth in this court’s order filed July 11, 1994, 869 F.Supp. 351. In that order the court denied Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction, and granted the parties additional time to submit further evidence on Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss/Summary Judgment on the South Carolina Unfair Trade Practices Act (UTPA) claim.
