In an action for personal injuries caused by the alleged *615negligence of the servants of the Parkersburg, Marietta & Interurban Railway Company, and the' Mountain State Gas Company, plaintiff recovered a judgment against the railway company only, and it brings error.
According to plaintiff’s evidence she had been a passenger on one of the railway company’s ears, and when the car stopped at one of the public street crossings in the City of Parkersburg, to let off and take on passengers, she alighted on the side of the car farthest from the post- office, and went around the hind…
