— This is an appeal from an interlocutory order granting a temporary injunction, enjoining and restraining the appellants from directly or indirectly transferring certain monies from the State of Indiana to the State of Illinois.
It appears from the first paragraph of complaint that, on July 18,1929, Fred Morgan was killed by being struck by an automobile driven and operated by Stanley Garner ; that the administratrix of the estate of Fred Morgan, deceased, brought an action against the said Stanley Garner for the wrongful death of the decedent, and, on the 5th day of February,…
