Plaintiffs Sokol Holding, Inc. (“Sokol”), Brian Savage, and Thomas Sinclair (“Plaintiffs”) bring this action against Defendants Alexandre Agaian, Bakhytbek Baiseitov, Boris Cherdabayev, Mirgali Kunayev, and BMB Munai, Inc.
