The appellee filed his bill in chancery against the First National Bank of Canton, William D. Plattenburg, individually and as administrator of the estate of Lucien B. Farnsworth, deceased, and the heirs at law of Lucien B. Farnsworth, praying that the First National Bank of Canton and William D.
