FACTS
Appellant Lawrence Walker Sr. has appealed an interlocutory protection from abuse order of this court entered after a hearing on December 15, 1994. Appellant did not seek our permission to appeal the interlocutory order pursuant to Rules of Appellate Procedure 312 and 1311. The protection from abuse petition was filed by Rhonda Miller the natural mother on behalf of her 7-year-old son Joshua Walker.
