MEMORANDUM OPINION AND DECISION
RICHARD L. SPEER, Bankruptcy Judge.
This cause comes before the Court on the Motion of the United States Trustee to Dismiss Case for Abuse pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 707(b)(1), 11 U.S.C. § 707(b)(2), and 11 U.S.C. § 707(b)(3). (Doc. No. 21). The Debtor filed an objection thereto. (Doc. No. 25). A Hearing was then held on this matter after which the Court took the matter under advisement so as to afford time to thoroughly consider the issues raised by the Parties.
