I. INTRODUCTION
LeManda and Jeffrey Singletary (the Debtors) filed a Chapter 7 petition on February 1, 2006 indicating that the presumption of abuse did not arise based on their belief that they had sufficient deductions to their current monthly income under 11 U.S.C. § 707(b)(2)(A)(iii) 1 for payments on secured debts.
