MEMORANDUM OPINION

JERRY W. VENTERS, Bankruptcy Judge.

This case presents an issue over which bankruptcy courts are divided, and that is: To what extent should a non-debtor spouse’s income be considered in determining whether a debtor’s bankruptcy filing is abusive?

Courts widely agree that a non-debtor spouse’s income should be considered in determining whether a debtor’s bankruptcy filing should be dismissed as abusive under 11 U.S.C. § 707(b).
