Defendanb-Appellant Edward Christy appeals from an order of the district court granting in part the government’s motion to reconsider and denying Mr. Christy’s motion to suppress on the basis of the inevitable discovery doctrine. United States v. Christy, 810 F.Supp.2d 1219 (D.N.M.2011). The district court initially granted the motion to suppress. United States v.
