This case was brought by plaintiff Greenville Funeral Supply, LLC (“Green-ville” or “plaintiff’) against defendant Rockvale, Inc. d/b/a Puerto Rico Funeral Supply (“Rockvale” or “defendant”) for breach of contract, collection of monies, and damages. (Docket No. 1). Rockvale filed a counterclaim against Greenville for violation of Puerto Rico’s Law 75 of June 24, 1964, as amended, 10 L.P.R.A. § 278, etseq. (“Law 75”). (DocketNo.il).
