A group of individuals and organizations representing women who have sought or will seek family planning services in Puerto Rico (“Appellants”) brought this action against certain individuals and organizations (“Appel-lees”) who oppose abortion and coordinate anti-abortion demonstrations at women’s health clinics in Puerto Rico.
