ELKINGTON, J.
The superior court, on defendant William Walters’ motion for summary judgment against plaintiff Fred Redman, entered an order that “the motion herein be and it is granted,” and that plaintiff’s “complaint herein be and it is dismissed and that judgment be entered for defendant [Walters].” We treat the order as an appealable order dismissing plaintiff’s action insofar as it relates to defendant Walters.
