The bill in this case alleged that on or abont March 22, 1949, complainant was the owner of a 1949 Mercury automobile, Motor No. 9CM-47902, that this car was stolen from the parking area of the Belle Meade Theatre in Nashville, and that complainant had no information as to the whereabouts of his car until it was located by the Federal Bureau of Investigation at Las Alamos, New Mexico, in the possession of D.
