Plaintiff Daisy Early brings this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1981 and the New York State Human Rights Law § 296 against defendants Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (‘Wyeth”), and two of its individual employees, Walter Wardrop (“War-drop”) and Robert Braceo (“Braceo,” and together with Wyeth and Wardrop, collectively, “defendants”).
