Defendants JetSetDC, LLC (“JetSetDC”), Corey Lawrence Moxey (“Moxey”), and Mark Spain (“Spain”) have brought before the Court this motion to dismiss [26] from a tort action filed by Plaintiff Anthony Lopes (“Plaintiff’).
