1Opinion of the Court

PHILLIP R. GARRISON, Presiding Judge.

Don Paul Rhodes (“Movant”) appeals from the Circuit Court of Lawrence County’s denial of his Rule 24.035 1 motion for post-conviction relief. We affirm.

Movant pled guilty to second degree murder, pursuant to Section 565.021, 2 in accordance with a plea agreement for the Mlling of Judith A. Stanley (“Victim”). Second degree murder carried a maximum sentence of twenty-five years, but pursuant to the plea agreement Movant was entitled to attempt to reduce the sentence by argument to the plea court. He was sentenced to twenty-two years.
