OPINION

SULLIVAN, Judge

Appellant, Rodney Booker, appeals his convictions for Attempted Murder, a Class A felony, 1 two counts of Criminal Confinement, as Class B felonies, 2 and Carrying a Handgun Without a License, a Class A misdemeanor. 3 Upon appeal, Booker rais es three issues, which we restate as follows:

1. Whether the trial court’s instruction regarding attempted murder was fundamentally erroneous;

2. Whether there was sufficient evidence of Booker’s intent to kill the victim; and

3. Whether the trial judge erred by failing to recuse herself.

We affirm.
