Dennis Szymczak (plaintiff-appellant) appeals an adverse verdict in the Court of Common Pleas of Cuyahoga County on his claim for wrongful cancellation of insurance.

Szymczak originally brought suit against appellees Midwest Premium Finance Co. (“Midwest”), Neale Phy-pers Co. (“Phypers”) and Buckeye Union Insurance Co. (“Buckeye”). At the close of appellees’ case the court directed a verdict in favor of Midwest and the jury verdict was returned in favor of the remaining appellees. Appellant raises five assignments of error.
