HAYS, Chief Justice.

This case is before us on a petition for review of a decision of the Court of Appeals, reported at 14 Ariz.App. 385, 483 P. 2d 798, affirming a judgment of the superi- or court entered upon a jury verdict for plaintiff in the amount of $33,000. The opinion of the Court of Appeals is vacated and the judgment of the superior court is affirmed.
