Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Naro, J.), rendered March 10, 1987, convicting him of burglary in the first degree, burglary in the second degree, petit larceny, tampering with a witness in the third degree, criminal trespass in the second degree, criminal mischief in the fourth degree, possession of burglar’s tools and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree (two counts), upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
