REILLY, Associate Judge:
Appellant, one of two young men arrested by a special police officer at a Dart Drug Store and convicted after a jury trial of attempted petit larceny, urges this court to reverse the conviction on the ground that an improper ruling of the trial court intimidated him from taking the stand in his own defense.
