Frank Sheldriek and Paul Sands were tried as co-defendants for various crimes, including murder. Sheldriek was found guilty of murder in the first degree, *132assault with an offensive weapon, threatening the life of another and illegal possession of a firearm. Sands was found guilty of murder in the second degree and illegal possession of a firearm. The Appellate Division, rejecting their several grounds of appeal, affirmed their convictions. 138 N. J.
