Four separate requests for judicial review have been consolidated in this case. All of the requests involve State Corporation Commission Docket No. 115,485-U.
The Gas Service Company is a public utility authorized to transact business in Kansas as a foreign corporation. It is engaged in the distribution and sale of natural gas for domestic, commercial and industrial uses.
