Missouri Public Service Company (“the Company”) sought approval of the Public Service Commission (“the Commission”) of new tariffs filed September 1, 1978, which proposed to increase electricity revenues by approximately $22,100,000 and gas revenues by approximately $1,400,000. The effective date for the tariffs was suspended under Section 393.150. 1 By order dated July 19, 1979, the Commission approved an increase in electricity revenues of $1,351,307 and gas revenues of $46,096.
