MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
KRAM, District Judge.
Plaintiff, M.L.C., Incorporated (“MLC”), is before the Court on its fourth1 motion for sanctions pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 37(b)(2) against Philips Business Systems, Inc. (“PBSI”) and North American Philips *136Corporation (“NAPC”).2 On October 11, 1985, in a pre-trial conference, this Court denied plaintiffs request for an order striking defendants’ answer to plaintiff’s second amended complaint and denied plaintiff’s motion for a default judgment.
