Henry Worley and W. H. Stewart, as administrators of the estate of John Worley, deceased, brought this action against Anthone L. Peterson, Elizabeth Ann Peterson, his wife, Charles Peterson, Maria Peterson, his wife, the Cardón Company, a corporation, and William E. Davis, administrator of the estate of Veurlam Dives, deceased, to quiet title to 320 acres of farming lands in Box Elder county.
