Tommy R. Bewley (“Movant”) appeals from the Circuit Court of Mississippi County’s denial of his Rule 29.15 1 motion for post-conviction relief. We affirm.

The following is a brief description of the facts of the underlying case. 2 Movant and his wife Jewell Bewley (“Dee”) sexually abused fourteen-year-old C.H. 3 , a runaway from the Missouri Baptist Children’s Home in East Prairie, Missouri, by kissing and touching her body and by Movant having sexual intercourse with her.
