In 2012, GoldenTree Asset Management LP (“GoldenTree”) purchased more than *1183$50 million in bonds from the defendants in this case, Swiss company Sehmolz + Bickenbach AG (“S+B AG”), Luxembourg company Sehmolz + Bickenbach Luxembourg (“S + B Luxembourg”) (collectively' referred to herein as “S+B”), and French company BNP Paribas S.A.
