In this product liability case, the jury rendered a verdict for defendants and plaintiff has filed motions for judgment n.o.v. and for a new trial. Plaintiff instituted the action to recover for personal injuries he suffered while using a forage harvester machine manufactured by International Harvester Company and sold by Vough & Sons. Suit was begun in assumpsit and trespass, and prior to trial plaintiff elected to proceed solely on the strict liability theory of section 402A of the Restatement of Torts, 2d, adopted in Pennsylvania in Webb v.
