Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Levine, J.), rendered December 5, 1984, convicting him of burglary in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

Viewing the evidence in the light most favorable to the prosecution (People v Benzinger, 36 NY2d 29), we find the evidence against the defendant was legally sufficient.
