This was an action by Mary S. Rhodes, a married woman, against the Honolulu Rapid Transit & Land Company, defendant, for damages for injuries done to plaintiff by the servants of the defendant corporation in ejecting plaintiff from a car of’ the defendant. The case was tried before a jury on the 2d day of May, 1904. A verdict was found for the plaintiff with damages in the sum of $500.
