ORAL OPINION.
This is an action for damages for an ejectment from a street" car. According to the plaintiff, he boarded a southward bound King street car at the corner of Bethel street and when the car-stopped at Alapai street, asked for a transfer to Beretania street. The conductor replied “Beretania ?” and, upon plaintiff’s answering “yes,” punched a transfer check and handed it to» him.
