OPINION
ECKERSTROM, Chief Judge:
¶ 1 Following a bench trial, appellant Ronald Siseo II was convicted of child abuse, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana for sale, and production of marijuana. The trial court imposed concurrent prison terms, the longest of which are 3.5 years. On appeal, Sisco challenges the denial of his motion to suppress and the sufficiency of the evidence supporting his conviction for child abuse.
