THOMSEN, Chief Judge.
Marcel R. LaChance and Merle W. Webber, Jr., third-party defendants herein (sometimes referred to as LaChance and Webber), have filed motions to quash the service of process on them and to dismiss for improper venue the third-party complaints. They are the driver and owner respectively of a station wagon which, in February 1960, in North Carolina, collided with a tractor-trailer owned by defendant Service Trucking Company and operated by defendant Wisseman.
