COLLINGS, Justice.
This suit was brought by Stephenville Hospital, a partnership, composed of Dr. J. C. Terrell, Dr. Vance Terrell and Dr. *1008Bruce Terrell, against Preferred Life Insurance Company, a corporation, upon a health and accident policy. Before the trial of the cause, amended pleadings were, filed in which the surviving heirs at law of Laura Lou Aylor were joined as additional parties plaintiff.
