This is the second appeal of this case. William Charles Wann sued the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company to recover upon a certificate of insurance issued to him in accordance with the terms of a group policy theretofore issued by the insurance company to the employees of Southern Pacific Lines of railroad in Texas and Louisiana.
