GONZALES, Judge.
This suit involves a claim for property damages by Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Weigand arising out of the cutting of fourteen cypress trees by Defendant, Asplundh Tree Experts (“Asplundh”), without the plaintiffs’ permission. The named defendants were Asplundh and Louisiana Power and Light Company (“LP & L”). The trial court rendered judgment in favor of the plaintiffs for damages to the trees and surrounding grounds.
